I painted the sketch in Corel Painter, using mostly pastel brushes and grainy blender.
My self portrait was done by looking in a mirror and sketching on paper with a 2B pencil. I then scanned the sketch into my computer and painted in Painter. I used mostly pastels and color pencil brushes. I also took a digital photo of the sketch, since the scan didn't render all that well.
